Sage 50 HR is easy to work with, if you have used Sage 50 Payroll or Accounts to grips with it easily. You can quickly switch between applications – Sage 50,  Payroll, Sage 50 Accounts.

Employee Details

All employee information is stored within one easy to access
record.  Information includes: Address, Multiple contact details & next
of kin, Employment status, Job type, Location and location
address details, Cost code, Reports to, Validation of
employment status, Ethnic origin, Images, Employee
templates, Validation of work status.

Document Manager  

Document Manager allows you to maintain control over all
documentation relating to a number of areas within Sage 50
HR. You can store, view, modify and print attachments such
as employee contracts and disciplinary letters. Passport
details and driving licences can also be scanned and saved
against each employee record.

Excel Integrated Reporting  

Microsoft Excel can link directly to your Sage 50 HR data so
that directors & managers can access and analyse employee
information without needing to use Sage 50 HR themselves to
have it installed on the same PC. You can take any Sage 50
HR report (even a report you’ve designed yourself) and use it
in Excel.   

New Report Designer

Your business is unique, and so is the information that you
need from your Sage 50 HR data. Everyone requires different
